How to use
Drink 100 ml, up to 3 times a day, ideally 1 hour after meals. Use for 1 week, then take a
1-week break. Brew: 1 tsp or sachet per cup of hot (not boiling) water. Let steep for 10 -15
minutes, then strain. Optional: Add honey for taste.
Traditional Recipe: 1 tbsp dried chamomile in 200 ml boiling water, steep for 15 - 30
mins, strain before drinking.
